The 11th "WAYS+" Youth Salon was held in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, on the afternoon of May 23. Co-organized by the World Association of Young Scientists (WAYS) and the Party and Mass Affairs Department of Xiong'an New Area, the event brought together more than 30 young researchers from universities and research institutions in China and overseas, along with representatives from local innovative companies and youth communities.

As a featured event of the 4th Science, Talent and Innovation Week of Xiong'an New Area, the salon was themed "Cross-Sector Empowerment: AI-Driven Integrated Innovation." Discussions focused on emerging developments in artificial intelligence, talent development, and new approaches to collaborative innovation. Participants also explored potential areas for future cooperation, reaching initial consensus on directions for joint efforts.

The event provided a platform for young researchers to connect across disciplines, institutions, and countries. It also encouraged further collaboration in AI research, technology transfer, and industrial innovation, creating new opportunities for young talent to engage with the development of future industries.
