On the occasion of the opening of the World Young Scientist Summit 2019, I would liketo extend my warmest congratulations to this summit!

At present, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrialtransformation is flourishing, and is going to impose profound impacts on economicdevelopment, social progress, global governance, and so on. The future of scienceand technology is dependent on the young! It is a common aspiration of all countriesto carry out scientific, technological and cultural exchanges, as well as to promoteinnovation and cooperation among young people. The Summit is committed tobuilding an open exchange platform to promote cooperation among scientists, andentrepreneurs from all over the world.
